Processing Times
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
Please note that during busy periods (such as sales or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card or notification with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at nextdaycoords.uk@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We currently deliver within the UK only. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the near future — follow our social channels for updates!
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at nextdaycoords.uk@gmail.com. We’ll work with our courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
