Refund and Returns Policy

At Next Day Co-ords, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. Please review our return terms below before sending anything back.

14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be returned in its original packaging, where possible

We cannot accept items that:

  • Show signs of wear, damage, or makeup

  • Are missing tags or packaging

  • Fall under non-returnable categories such as sale items, accessories, or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)


How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at nextdaycoords.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address:

  3. Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Outbound shipping charges and PayPal transaction fees will be deducted from your refund, unless your return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping and the return reduces your total below the free shipping threshold, a standard delivery cost may also be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are only processed once returned items have been received and approved.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us first to confirm availability.
Once your return is received, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit if the replacement item is unavailable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We’re truly sorry if you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nextdaycoords.uk@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
